The ASL Weekend is a two-day event focusing on teaching American Sign Language.
This event includes several workshops, small classes and one-on-one attention.
Topics covered throughout the weekend include: Reading and literacy, fingerspelling, numbers, STEM, sports, jargon and taboo signs.
The event will be held at the National Technical Institute for the Deaf at Rochester Institute of Technology, 52 Lomb Memorial Drive, Rochester, NY 14623 8:00 am – 6:00 pm on Saturday May 18, 2019 and 8:00 am – 2:00 pm on Sunday, May 19, 2019. The cost is $200.00 per person, a limited number of scholarships are available for ASDC members.
